How do I purchase an item?

To purchase an item, first click on the image or title of that product. Then on the following page, the product detail page, click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in to your shopping cart. Once you are done shopping and you are ready to complete your purchases, please click the "Checkout" link at the top right of the storefront page.


Who am I buying from?

TheBeautyCenter.com was founded on 3 basic ideas: Quality, Selection, and Customer Satisfaction. These 3 ideas are the result of 3 generations of involvement in and contribution to the Beauty industry. The founder of TheBeautyCenter.com is a third generation, engage in the Beauty industry and the result of many years of family experiences from manufacturing, distribution (locally and internationally), and to retail and salon ownerships. They have experienced every side of the field both as consumers and producer. All these familiarity and knowledge have been gathered at the TheBeautyCenter.com to be presented to our online customers.

Our retail locations are known to be one of the most prestige beauty destinations in Los Angeles, which are all motivated to offer the best quality products such as Aveda and Kerastase to our clients along with the best and friendly service. 

What is your Shipping Policy?

We at The Beauty Center are here to help you so; we offer Free Standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more (excluding taxes). This offer is good for continental U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska. The free shipping should automatically apply toward your total as you place your order.

All domestic U.S. shipments are shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or in occasions which is at the customers advantage USPS Priority will be used. For all other domestic orders to PO BOX, APO, and FPO, USPS Priority mail will be used.

International orders are shipped using FedEx Express International, unless FedEx Express International service is unavailable to a particular area or if its at the customers advantage USPS Express or Global Priority will be used. Delivery dates are estimates and we are not able to guarantee these delivery estimates due to custom and individual countries regulations. Furthermore, we the "shipper" are not responsible for any custom, duties, or any other charges with relations to the countries import rates.

Shipping charges are not refundable if the order is returned unless The Beauty Center is at fault. If an order is returned, though it was subject to Free shipping, the applicable amount will be deducted from the total. Furthermore, if an order is refused, wrong address, or non-deliverable for any other reason than The Beauty CenterÂ’s fault it will be subject to a return shipping fee and a 10% re-stocking fee.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, International orders are shipped using FedEx Express International, unless FedEx Express International service is unavailable to a particular area or if itÂ’s at the customersÂ’ advantage USPS Express or Global Priority will be used. How to Track your order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will email you an email which will contain the tracking number and a link for live tracking of your order. Also by logging in to your account, you will be able to track your orders, view your order history and manage your account.

What is your Return Policy?

Customer satisfaction is our #1 Priority. We will do everything in our power to make each of your transactions smooth as possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange your unused item within 14 days of delivery date.

Please follow the following instructions:

  • Please email us at returns@thebeautycenter.com in order to obtain your Return Authorization Number or RAN, Please state the reason for your return, whether you would like to exchange or return your item, include your ORDER ID#, your email address that was used in the order, and the buyer s name. All returns must be authorized by The Beauty Center returns dept.
  • Please print a copy of the email from The Beauty Center that states your RAN, include a Copy of this email accompanied with your original packing list with your return item.
  • All returns must be in their original condition and must include, unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork. It must include all original frame cases and cleaning cloths. Do not deface original factory packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition, or if any accessories are missing.
  • If you are exchanging your item they are not subject to a restocking fee, however if you are returning an item they are subject to a 10% restocking fee of the original transaction amount.
  • TheBeautyCenter.com is not responsible for shipping and handling charges of the return products, furthermore, shipping handling fees are not subject to a refund. Please refer to Shipping Policy. Please note special orders or gift wrap charges are not refundable.
  • Please ship your return item with a insured and trackable courier to our Return Dept., Returns are inspected upon receipt, once return are received they may take up to 15 business days to be process.
  • Please note returns will only be accepted with an approved RAN number.
